Return Policy

We are currently unable to provide returns or refunds in the early stages of our business. Sales are final sale with the below exceptions. We hope you understand!

Exceptions do apply for the following: 

(1) Domestic (UK based) Size Exchanges

(2) Faulty Products

If your order meets the criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at team@averageboys.com with your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, photographic evidence of any damage.

Return Shipping Process

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed.

Additional Information
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet these requirements.
